Date codes on the Sangamo suggest week 45, 1980, the Obligato are 2008 or 2010.

1980 was a good year for wine but electrolytic caps from that year are sour now.

I have a couple of boxes with NOS (1999 - 2000) daewoo 4700uf @ 35V capacitors. I measured them reformed or as is out of box - ESR for all 0.03 + - ohms (with cheap meter) and capacity 5200 uf. Maybe they're not too old yet ...
