please help!!!!

ive just bought an ask 21 impact and cant get it to work-it just has lines across it-do i need a special cable or perhaps certain graphics card?? im using an g force 400-does it need a certain driver? help meeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

First you should change the resolution on your pc to 640x480
next check that your refresh rate in your adaptor settings is set to 60, from there you should get a picture
