Aside from being integrated Darlingtons, they should be decent parts that could replace an EF2 of similar specs if you so desired. These were regularly used in 85 wpc units, so they should be good for a decent amount of power (maybe 120 wpc if paralleled?). Basically you could leave everything assembled on the heatsink (complete with bias spreader transistor) if that's all you need, or even use the entire power amplifier assembly as-is, disconnecting the power supply to unneeded channels.
