Are CS8411 and 8412 same?

Hey all,

I found a CS8411 chip in my stash the other day - don't know where it came from...is it compatible with the CS8412? I have a TDA1541 DAC that uses a CS8412 receiver - wondering if they are same or an upgrade, like the CS8414 is?

I noticed on ebay the CS8411 is going for over three times the cost of a CS8412 or CS8414....any reason?

No. The CS8411 requires a microcontroller but is more flexible.
