I found a panel named as the Apollo IMV 16.7 for $200. I'm guessing the 16.7 has to do with 16.7 million colors.
I searched around and did'nt find anyone with info on that panel, the only thing I could find was this: http://members.cox.net/rolm/results.html which lists that particular panel.
Has anyone had any experience with this panel? I want to know if it's worth buying..........?
Anyone?

Ive seen that on ebay also. Overprised as far as I m concerned. It only does 800x600. I noticed a lot of lcd panels on ebay are higher priced then what the diy sites tell you should be paying for panels. You got 640 x 480 panels costing close to 200 bucks on ebay also. Might as well take your chance with one of the new 15 inch lcd panels that are easy to disasemble for $230 or 240.
I am getting the impression there is no comparison between a 1024x projection panel 10 inch with a 15 inch cmv1512 at 500:1 contrast ratio. So I am pretty much leaning that way.
