aim:GoChat?RoomName=DIY+Projectors&Exchange=5 Just copy that link into ie and hit go... If you have aim you will enter the chat room. I'm not sure if this will fly, but is the friday night and i have nothing better to do...

just installed the software.. can get to main chat page and log in one of those rooms but don't see how ya can change to the DIY room

Try copying the link from the post and sending yourself an IM or copying the link and pasting it in IE address bar.

try'd it already via ie, didn't go, instant message to myself..no such luck..

download and unzip this file... If you have aim installed, all you have to do is click the icon. It also should open if you hit F8.

Me and some people were chatting and figure web based would be better from an ease of use standpoint. Many people do not even know what irc is.
