Don't know if anyone tried it, sorry. DSP part is likely fine. IME data converters and clocks, i.e. the analog stuff, is what is harder to get right. However given the pricing, it might be a nice kit of parts to experiment around with. That said, buying electronics PCBs from China is always to some extent risky. Sometimes name brand parts will be fakes, most of the time non-name brand parts (say, passive components) will be the cheapest possible, and often that will have some effect on performance. Also, PCBs for data converters should be at least 4-layer, even if only 16-bit converters. Most of the boards from China are 2-layer because its cheaper to make them that way. OTOH, some products from China are pretty well designed, say, such as Topping dacs, but that's a different market segment than low-cost diy PCBs.
