Anyone recognize this transformer manufacturer?

Anyone recognize or know how to determine who the manufacturer of this HV tube power transformer is from this label?

It was in an off name amp a buddy had and I wanted to reverse engineer it and figure out the voltages and such but he sold it before I got the chance. I really liked the look of it. This pic is all I have left to go by.

In case the picture gets blurry on here, it reads:
CT-9031
EIA 606 SB4
MS 2-40-3-3
93187045

Thanks for any insight you might have.

Tom got it already; but for future puzzles:

> EIA 606

EIA issued maker-codes. Problem is that EIA 606 is also a wiring spec. "EIA 606 transformer" finds links that look authoritative.

"The "606" EIA code is for Woodward-Schumacher Electric. They are still in business as Schumacher Corp."
