Anyone knew this pre

I have got this preamplifier: M2-AMP K246 J103 2SD1415. Does anyone have information or experience with this kit? Is it a clone of any kind?

On the PCB it is written M2-AMP Ver. 2.0. I went to Ebay and found a photo from to sellers, but no more information.

chrising: Yes, it is that one. So, this is a Marantz SC7-S2 clone? I also have two amplifiers boards named MA 9S2 Ver. 1.2. Is this another Marantz clone? Are this kits of any value/quality?
