Has anyone had any recent contact with Hypex?
I see Bruno hasn't been that active on these forums recently.
I sent them a couple of emails nearly two weeks ago and haven't had any replies. I was about to put through an order, but their lack or response has me wondering.
Also some of their datasheets seem to have missing information. Like the SMPS 1200 doesn't have any values for the UcD400 version, etc, so despite having ordered several modules from them a few years ago, I'm not that reassured right now and wanted to place a large order for my new design...

Strange! I had an email conversation with them a week ago or so and received quick replies to all my questions. Maybe your mails didn't get through? I'd try from another address to be sure.
That's the one yes. I never waited even a single day for a reply.
I may end up not actually buying any Hypex products at least for now, almost feel a bit guilty about it since they were so quick and professional in responding to my queries.

Also to my questions regarding a defect SMPS I got pretty fast and satisfying responses from Hypex. ...then took a RMA number and got the unit exchanged. Really nothing to complain about. Good responses and correct handling of my issue.
Bruno himself most likely is not dealing with the daily business.
We should keep in mind that he might be flooded day by day with the same questions (which most likely have already been answered a 1000 times). Answering everything would keep him from developping new technologies.

I wasn't expecting Bruno to answer, I just noticed that he hadn't posted in a while so it was just assumptions from me.
