both are good woofer almost clean to 500hz, but what si the big difference except from the size. It seem not many people use l26roy as the bass woofer
I am using the l26roy 320hz on down. When I was researching woofers, I could not find one bad word about the l26roy.
Doesn't the wo24 want a bigger box?

That l26roy is a very ugly driver (as far as that is important off course, and off course it's subjective) and more expensive than the WO24 (at least here). So the choice for the WO24 is logic in my eyes, as specs and quality are very similar.
Probably the main reason the l26roy’s Sensitivity is too low for use a woofer in a passive system.
After baffle step compensation 87db/2.83V down to 81-83 into 4 ohms…
So it’s best used as a powered (sub)woofer…
Have you seen this 10” woofer comparison?

There are people who think pugs are cute.
But have you heard a l26roy? The sound is lovely.
I have heared it, and no complaints at all about the sound, but so is the WO24...
The Seas is more a subwoofer while the WO24 is a trade off than can handle better low mid and partially mid. So one is a V12 to push hard but with Ferrari toning finesse, the other is more suitable for mountain road to climb higher... Untill 200 hz I will choose the Seas sealed but I like metallic drivers... paper is climbing better (ligther)
