Any tube-sleuths out there know who made these Daystrom tubes?

I have a handful of various pulls from Heathkit scopes and whatnot, all marked with the Daystrom brand and claim "made in italy"... possibly Dario? The construction looks almost identical to a '60's westinghouse-ish US design?

Any ideas?

If the "f3D" is a mfr. code, it's made by STC.

Daystrom was mother-company of Heath;
FWIW, the only Italian tube-manufacturer I know of was Fivre, made tubes with a license from RCA (that's why they are the only company bar RCA that made the famous single-plate 2a3)

That makes sense. it does look classicly American, so the 'Made in Italy' label was confusing for that reason. Probably just a US design assembled in Italy .
