Another transister question

I have a phoenix gold amp that uses 4 TIP36CO and 4 TIP35CO for the output transisters. My question is when I look the transisters up both of them share the same data sheet so are they the exact same or what?

"C" is the 100 volt grade. A=60V rated, B=80. If your supply is anywhere near 100V use the C. "O" is the beta range. Definitely match them if you're paralleling, try to match the 35 and 36's. R= the low end of the distribution, O= mid values, and Y= the high end (usually).

As long as you use the TIP35C and TIP36C from a reputable manufacturer, the replacements will work. When ordering, make sure that they transistors are in the same style case. The TIP35/36 come in several different case styles and not all will work with all clamping systems.
