Another Newbie....

Hi all,

My background is in smartcards and security design, but I am now retired.

I am developing an interest in hardware design and am currently looking at power supplies for an intelligent car battery charger.

I haven't yet explored the archive to find what is in the published literature, but would like to explore the options and costs.

I appreciate this is an audio forum, but I am hoping there will be some fundamental elements that can be of general use, especially if supported by Eagle schematics and board layouts.
