Ok so Halgon(sp?) bulb and what-not lights are hot and are taxing on energy.
While a alternative is there. LED, not hot and energy efficient but are expensive, and not as bright.
What about Mini twisters? You know the regular light bulb but use 1/4 energy of traditional light bulbs. I could get 5 100 watts ones(they only use 23 watts though) with each one giving off 1,600 lumens. 5x1,1600=8,000 lumens at 115watts.
There cheap too i could get 5 for $5.
Anyone try this? Are there downsides I'm not seeing?
