Analog audio switcher

Hello
I am building a simple analog audio switch device. Everything is working great, no noise. Here is the problem:

I have two output channels as described in the picture and one input. I also drew how I connected the phono RCA connectors and my switch.

With a DPDT toggle switch i switch between two output channels.

1.I connect a audio source in to the input of my switching device.
2.I connect an Amplifier and speakers on Output Channel 1.
3. I connect a headPreamp on Output Channel 2

So i Turn the switch so that i Hear channel 1.
I dont turn on the amp so there is no music coming out.
I put my head phones on and I hear music from channel 1, but my head phones are connected to channel 2.

I also connected all the grounds together including the aluminum casing.

So where is the problem?

do you have any ideas?

Is the problem in the DPDT switch? Or how I connect the grounds together?

RCA connectors:
PSG01510 - PRO SIGNAL - SOCKET, PHONO, GOLD/BLACK | Farnell Republika Slovenija

DPDT switch:
1MD1T1B5M1QE - MULTICOMP - SWITCH, DPDT, 5A, 250V | Farnell Republika Slovenija

Thanks in advance for your help.
