I have a 4 channel amp, and all channels are working fine but one. the volume is really low on that one channel. and when i turn it up it makes crackling sounds then all of a sudden it will start working fine like the other speakers? Does anyone know whats wrong with it?

It sounds like you either have a dry joint on one channel, or perhaps a problem with the volume pot.
Does it start playing properly on the faulty channel after a while if you dont play with the volume control? If not then IMO the volume pot is the likely suspect.

Only if i turn the volume up on the head unit it will sometimes start playing properly, then after a few minutes it will start playin up again
check output relays ..cranking up the volume makes them instantly play
tick them with a plastic or pencil while in "no play mode " to see what happens
