I'd like to take some acoustic measurements outdoors. Eg. empty basketball court, football or cricket pitch. Bringing a laptop to power the audio interface and microphone is great; only thing that needs AC power is the test amplifier.
So I'm looking for battery powered amp that can output approximately 1-16V into 4 ohms (~50 into 4 ohms).
Ideally self-enclosed, has audio input and speaker output connections.
Mono is fine. I get that this is a DIY Audio forum and people like to build their own, but right now I just need to collect measurements from loudspeakers.
The most I would like to do is to connect alligators clips to a SLA to a DC-input based TPA3255 based amplifier, but before I do this, is there another solution that people have used?

I think that the cheap Fosi will work from a 24V truck battery so could you series connect two small 12V batteries?
If you don't have a battery backup for your home already you might consider an ECOFLOW or similar "solar generator" device. Mine has 2 kW-hr LFE battery and 2 kW inverter. So I can power any amplifier anywhere with it. I keep it ready in case the power goes out. WIth it I can run the refrigerator and the fan on a gas furnace all night and charge it with a generator in two hours or in several hours with solar panels. The other possibility is to find portable tool batteries that match the supply rails of an amplifier you own. Two 36V tool batteries could be temporarily connected in series to give +/- supply for a typical AC powered HIFI amp.
You can do it other way too and invert the battery to give you 240V and run a standard amp.So I'm looking for battery powered amp that can output approximately 1-16V into 4 ohms (~50 into 4 ohms).

Something like this could work if you have any Ryobi 18V batteries at home, 150W limit though
