Amperex PQ 6922 code decifering?

Can anyone make sense out of the inked and etched codes on some used Amperex PQ 6922's?

They are what they are, but I'm curious what year & what other info the codes might reveal.

Amperex are Philips, so Google for Philips factory etch code. There are several copies on the web.
