Yes all of them are directly connected together on 1 end

The attached amp uses resistors for feedback in that configuration. They are 10k. Ba aware that these two amps use different driver boards.

I replaced the outputs in 1 bank Q14,15,90,94,95,25,24,91

I checked the driver transistors and replaced the IR21844’s

What would cause the outputs to explode in only 1 bank ?

What would cause the outputs to explode in only 1 bank ? - have you checked the gate/pull down resistors are they all in tolerance ?
