Ok I need help I'm repairing an ampere 9.0 and I'm purchasing parts for the repair but can't find the output drivers not the ones on the output driver module card but the driver in between the driver card and the output fets and I have looked on a few different sites with no luck here are the model numbers ( ktc2814-kta1715) they are on eBay but I don't trust the sellers from China.
If anyone knows a good replacement or can tell me what I should look for when comparing a equivalent transistor I have the pdf for one of the driver below along with shots of the board.
Thanks for reading

I don't have anything that I know is fast enough AND for that rated current. The KSA1220A and the KSC2690A may work. They are fast but the current rating is lower.
Wait for other suggestions.

Ok thank you Perry I'll take a look at them can you give me your opinion on the 2SD1348 it very close to the ktc2814 and available.
Yea I found some from a UK distributor but I'll wait to see if any other suggestions come in first before I pull the trigger on them
Hey Perry do you think the bd139/140 or bd135/136 would work I've seen in other threads were others can't find the ktc2814/kta1715 and there replaced with the bd139/140 but thats in the power supply section not in the audio section as they are in this amp.
The bd139/140 are (80v 1.5a).
the bd135/136 are (45v 1.5a).
The ones in amp the ktc2814/kta1715 are (50v 2a).
but dont know if the BD's are fast enough for the output switching but they are way more available then my previous finds 2SB986/2SD1348 any words of advice are greatly appreciated

The BD are fine for the lower frequency of the power supply but the frequency of the output can be 4 times higher (more for full range).
The BD don't have the information that's generally included for transistors suited for higher frequencies. That's why I can't recommend them. They may work perfectly. I don't know.

here is a site I found that shows you what equivalent to use

Crossover sites like that cannot tell you anything more than possible substitutes. They often only look at package, pin configuration and polarity.
Perry you confirmed what I was thinking to myself thank you for the second opinion I'll try the 2sd1348/2sb986.
Lulans (perry) is correct I found that same site and most were not close enough and the ones that were close I can't get in the U.S. but I appreciate your input thanks.
Yea perry The suggestions were the closest I could find the original is (ft 100mhz)/(cob 30pf).
The 2sd1348/2sb986 (ft 150mhz)/(25(39pf).
Do you think it would be ok I haven't found anything else closer

I think so but with class D, I have come to the conclusion that you don't know until you try them.
This amp has a LOT of drivers. If it's one pair per output and there are multiple outputs per bank, use the same drivers for all outputs in the bank.
