Hey guys i have an autotek mean machine 2000 wtts amp 4 channel, it has water damage i opened it.and try to fix it my self, i replace 6 resistors idk if they are the proper ones since the old ones where black cuz they burn so couldnt identify the colors on it, so i replace them. But still not turning on, wt.could it be, ? I already check the mosfet transistors and they all fine the metter mark on the 13 ohms so i really dont know wt could be wrong ,,, help me plzzzzzz

If that's ALL you've done, then you should have done a lot more already.
Typically, burned resistors are a symptom, not a cause. (And replacing them with wrong values is not a good idea.)
Usually, the first thing to check, after a thorough inspection by eye of every inch of PCB, every component, and every wire, is the power supply voltages. Did you assume that because it doesn't appear to come on that you didn't need to check the power supply voltages?
If there are no power supply output voltages, first look for externally-accessible fuses. Then try plugging a lamp into the same wall socket, to see if your house breaker of fuse has blown. Then look at the power supply components, after looking for internal fuses. Rectifier diodes all OK?
If this is a stereo amplifier, and neither channel works, then it's almost got to be upstream from both of them, which again points to the power supply, especially if "nothing" works or it "won't come on". (If one channel worked you could use the other one to compare to, to find the problem with a meter.)
Just remember that if something shorted, like a MOSFET, and that took out something in the power supply or blew a fuse, then if you only fix the power supply it would be a bad idea to then try to power up the unit, because the same fault would probably just blow it again. Always try to figure out WHY something blew or overheated, and fix that too. Always try to figure out what else could have been damaged, if you find one thing that is shorted or burned.

Its a car amp i know its not the power connection,cuz i try diferent one, all the diodies, nd capacitrs seem fine ,,, wt.u.recomend me to.do

try solid state. but if the amp dont turn on(no led lights up, no protection kicks in) then there is a powersupply problem.
