Certainly models from AMC, "Audio Pro" Sweden, NAD and Cambridge Audio uses the same PCB models. Examples, where I know this exactly are follow models:
1) Integrated Amp Cambridge Audio "P-25" and Audio Pro "A-7"
2) Compact disc Player NAD 502, Audio Pro "CD.7" and AMC CD-8b
Also the brand "Proton" maybe uses some identical PCB's.
Unfortunately The NAD 3020 and AMC 3020 uses not the same PCB, as I asume at first look. But if I have a photo from inside of your AMC 3020, maybe I can say the model from NAD, that use the same PCB and you can order the schematic there.
