wondering if you can help!!
Does any one know an equivilent part to the op amp CA3140e..
IM using it as a DC amplifier in my project - im building a dynamic noise limiter.....
does any one know an alternative part with the same characteristics as the CA3140e?
im doing a simulation on P spice and the op amp CA3140a is not listed and its driving me nuts!!!

I assume you found the CA3140 (8pin DIP is CA3140E order code) datasheet from Intersil for this 4.5MHz, BiMOS Operational Amplifier with MOSFET Input/Bipolar Output.

Sorry, I don't know of any cross-referenced Op-Amps that have a simulation model available. Intersil didn't have a model available for it under their "Design Assistance" / "Design Models".
