This amp powers up but no sound..

I have both + - 15 volts on all op-amps

I also have both + - 32 volts of rail on the outputs..

Any suggestions where to look next?

I don't have any technical information on it but you could do some generic troubleshooting.

Rail-rail oscillation on the output transistors?

Audio through all of the preamp op-amps up to the driver IC?

Are you getting +- 32 vdc on the speaker outputs? If you are the finals are blown.😎
