Hello all, I have a pile of old Urei equipment- mostly the cut-only feedback filters. I'm repairing them at work to sell off and these pots have all become scratchy and are used everywhere . It appears these were not designed to be cleaned without disassembly. I'm guessing they are the carbon types and have read that they might not be recoverable.
So, my question is this. Are the current bournes or honeywell/clarostat pots compatible with the originals? The single pots are no problem to replace but there are 6 four-gang pots per unit and I'm sure they are non-stocked anywhere. I'm assuming I would have to replace the individual gangs and reuse the hardware.
