aleph´s mini output resistors smoking

I completed pcbs I bought on ebay, matched all components, everything controlled twice, but when I turn it on, output resistors 0,47ohm begin to smoke after few seconds. Till then it sounds really nice🙂
Both modules behave equally, is there some common problem I overlooked?

Are the .47 power resistors the correct dissipation value?

I found out what I did wrong - I have installed bc550c wrong way, do you think it did some fatal changes to amplifier module?

if nothing else , at least those smoking resistors are for change

btw. you evidently didn't follow any usual amp setting procedure ....... so it would be nice if you search a little , how to put (any) Aleph amp in work .....

Yes the Aleph Mini is a fine sounding device......!

I have a friend who likes to visit sellers of Klipsch speakers. He hears the big ones..... Cornwall etc. with the big amps most sellers like.
Then he asks if he is allowed to plug in Aleph mini .......
And then he likes to look how the jaw of the seller falls down hearing he Aleph mini!

Hey, some people smoke, like me, just um, make sure you use it in the "smoking section" or outdoors Lol, glad you found the problem, sounds like a mismacth or too much current.

after proper placement of bc550c everything seems ok, amp has really nice sound. I thought diy chassis will thermally fit this amplifier, but it gets hardly to 35°C/95°F. It´s about 10kg of aluminium. Now I wonder what about putting aleph 3 inside 🙂
