Aleph J Capacitor question C2 and C3

Hello,

Aplogies if this has been answerd before, NP's orginal schematic has no by-pass on C2, C3, now i see on latest drgs these are added, however capacitance is not specified, how is this calculated and what effect dose varying capacitances have.

just as any bypass - some are hearing difference, some not

usually 100nF-1uF covering all ideas and tasks

my fave is 1uF Polycarbonat
