Hi DIYers
This is a picture of my DIY Aleph 5. I used 6x 22 000 uF capacitors, 800 VA toroid transformer.
I don't use exotic parts but result is very good. My next project will be acitive speaker system with
three Aleph's. You can see complete system on my web page.

Did you buy the case or you made it yourself?
Cheers
Andrea
PS I hope summer isn't too hot where you live... a multi-amplified speaker with class A amps is going to be quite

Thanks Andrea,
Everything is DIY. I find heatsinks on the junk heap.
Summer is very hot here but is not problem for audio fanatic like me.

Nice, real nice
Great chassis! Looks like there are enough heatsinks, what temp does it run at?

That would make it about 70-75 degrees Celcius on a really bad day 😀
Your amp looks great!
I understand that one switch is the on/off switch. What does the other switch do?

I made output relay delay with manual switch. It is simple circuit with NE555 and two 40 A relays.

In Friesland??
😱
Btw nice looking amp. Is it your 999th version? 😀
I think he is using an output delay relais. Something with a simple circuit using NE555. It is manually controlled with a switch.
😀
By the way: Duck, no jokes about Friesland please

Wow. Are you available for adoption? 😉
How did you do the front, it looks very clean. Sandpaper by hand? Did you put something on it to prevent fingerprints?
I also like the rounded corners.
( I presume its aluminium).
