How to replace earpads on k140?
The headphones are in very good condition, but not used for a long time, so the pads are deformed only where they rest against each other.
Thanks

have you tried to clean it with a moist (not wet) piece of cloth a few times.......perhaps they will come in form again.
Is it the same pads as K141? If that's the case it seems to be a bayonet system.
(Thomann.de sells replacement pads)

it's not the same as on k141, the pads are bonded (glue), i've recently read somewhere on the internet
i will try to put on them a thin layer of castor oil, to heat it with air, and maybe use a vacuum to bring back to old shape

I would ask AKG customer service for some new pads (I read some time ago that they were still able to provide these glued ones). The old ones have probably become hard as the softeners evaporated. You might be able to do something with generous doses of glycerin but I wouldn't bet on it.
