I'm going to buy the I2s Over usb board from JSsound and i would like to test it with a AK4493 DAC.
They have a dac board as well but the without the I/v stage.
I found this one as well from DIYINK with the 5532 opamp.
768kHz/32Bit AK4493EQ DAC, I2S/DSD input - DIYINHK
Any suggestion regarding a good AK4493 I/V Stage?
Do you think would be possible to adapt the I/V stage developed from Nelson Pass years ago?

The AK4493 is a voltage output dac. It doesn't need an I/V stage. Just a low pass filter is sufficient.

this output board from jlsound is not bad,,,and easy to connect to dac board
change the opamps to diskrete opamps from Newclassd or simular
i have tryed this combination with jlsound dac and usb board
i use now jlsound dac and usb together with output trafo from this link

Hello....the idea of the transformersis very nice....but not cheap.
Do you think that the DAc will have enough gain to drive directly one amplifier.
Any suggetion about the discrete opamp to use?

you will get 2volt out of the 4493,,,so it can be enough to drive the amp
if i shall chose diskrete opamp today i will use this sparko, (i use the small voltage reg from them )

if you can make this opamp i think it vill be fine
but it is very easy to change the opamp in socket on the jlsound board...and there are mute on the output board,,thats nice to have
