Adelphos seems to fill the bill but I might prefer a kit for which there is already an MDF cabinet available. Will the Denovo Audio Knock-Down MDF 0.56 cu. ft. Bookshelf Speaker Cabinet from PE work? It 16 x 8.5 x 11 and is braced.

The Adelphos kit calls for 15" high x 8.5" wide x 11.5" deep (external dimensions). So the Denovo knockdown should work as long as you match the original driver locations using the top of the cabinet as a reference.
Thank you for the response. Do you by any change know of the change required to the port. I expect I could lengthen it .5 inches but I'm not sure about that.
If using the top of the cabinet as a reference, the Adelphos will work just fine in 0.5 longer cabinet?
I'm building the Adelphos and struggle with the cabinet. The Denovo might be an option but I remember in Troels web that he mentions a lot that baffle can't be changed but others cabinets dimensions can be changed if wanted without re adjust the crossover.

The difference in cabinet volumes is about 2%, so using the Adelphos port size should perform well in the Denovo cabinet.
YES... the Adelphos crossover is most sensitive to the baffle width, and accurate tweeter location on the baffle. The short tweeter wavelengths are most effected by the distances to the top edges. The extra 0.5" bottom baffle length will not have a noticable crossover/diffraction effect.
