Adding Sawafuji SZ-2T to CSS FR125SR

I built some small IB enclosures for my CSS FR125SR drivers (http://creativesound.ca/pdf/CSS-FR125SR-dataS.pdf) for desktop/kitchen use.

The FR125SR (to my ears) is lacking in HF unless you're sitting directly on-axis, due to the HF beaming of the driver. Even on axis, the driver sounds a bit dull at the top end. Zaphaudio measured the driver and confirmed the lack of HF (Zaph|Audio).

I have two spare Sawafuji SZ-2T tweeters that I'd like to add to handle the extreme HF (>5KHz). Info on these interesting (and cheap) tweeters can be found at: ApexJr Ribbon Tweeter

The tweeters are significantly more sensitive than the CSS drivers, so I plan on using a resitor network to pad them down by approx 5dB (tbc) while keeping the 7ohm characteristic impedance.

My question is what crossover do you think would be best? I was thinking of trying a 2nd order LR at 5K for starters. Any thoughts?

Hello, I have a good working pair of SFI, Sawafugi SFI reference speakers for sale. There are crossover arrays as follows; 16 DP-12 speakers for lows, 4 DP-12 speakers for mid and 8 SZ-2 speakers for highs. The low and mid range speaker arrays are Dynapleat flat wave, bi-directional capable of extremely accurate sound reproduction, full frequency response (20HZ-20kHz), extended bass and a wide dynamic range. The high end speakers are super high definition flat wave ribbon speakers which further improve transparency, transient response and linear phase response.

The dimensions are 56in H X 35in W X5in D and each weighs 121 lbs.
The have 16 speakers for the woofer and 4 speakers for the Midrange and 4 Tweeters.
