I have an Adcom 535 whose transformers are slightly buzzing inside the box.
Very annoying. I'd like to keep the amp beacause the sound is very interesting.
Do you have any suggestion for a replacement?
It should be a 220V primary, 250VA, 70VCT secondary, 52.5V no load.
I found some toroidals that could do the job but none with the exact specs.
Any clue?
Or is there a way to eliminate the buzz from original transformers?

How can I check? I guess that a Fluke multimeter won't be enough...
I checked the article you pointed but it is related to filtering DC only, and in Italy where I live there aren't the Hot and Neutral conductor, plugs can be inserted in both ways.
your amp have two EI transformers, if you change to two toroidals make sure you have enough space for them because there is a power supply board at the back.
You don't need same VA, secondary V output spec for a replacement transformer, if replace by toroidal, you can use 200VA to 300VA of 64VCT to 70VCT secondary is suitable for your amp.
Or if you can find a single toroidal which height can fit your case, power of 400VA to 500VA with "two set 64VCT to 70VCT secondary output".
