ADC with S/PDIF output

I am searching for a chip that can take analog input and maybe S/PDIF inputs also and convert it to a single S/PDIF ouput?

Hello,

The ES9102 pricing has not yet been finalized. The ADC will be sampling later this quarter.

The ES9012 DAC sells for $48 per unit in quantity 100.
