Adapter for 6EU7 and EF86

Attached pic shows pinout from bottom view. You have to change pretty much everything. The major problem is heaters supply. 12AX7 alike valves can operate either with heaters in parallel and 6,3V or with heaters in series and 12,6V. If your valve tester cannot provide 6,3V then you cannot test 6EU7 and EF86 unless if you use external heaters psu. Furthermore, EF86 is a pentode. If you want to test it as pentode you need to provide screen psu as well. You can test it as triode if you connect g2 to plate and g3 to cathode -red lines in the scheme.
