I was researching the Cmoy design and have decided to jump in, I chose the AD8620 for the chip from Brown Dog (They sell it already mounted on a dip adapter. My question (Newb) is; will the plans on www.tangetsoft.com for the portable Cmoy work for the dual channel IC? Should I have bought the 8610 (Single Chan) ? This is complete retrospect as I have already ordered the chip! What are the benefits of using the 8620 vs. the 8610? Thanks for any comments or suggestions.

Yep you want the dual chip, the 8620 is the right choice. You can do the single chip as well, but the guide is for dual channel chips.
