Accurate 50ppm Crystals

Can someone please point to a source of at least 50ppm 11.2896 crstals? Not XOs. Ideally in UK

If the crystal will be used in a DAC 1000 ppm is good enough and certainly 200 ppm.

No, this prevents narrow pll jitter reduction devices from locking.

... so you want to attach a jitter eater but where. Better than 50 ppm seems very unpractical for one thing.

You are assuming that the incoming signal is exactly 11.2896 MHz, which is rarely the case. It is not uncommon for it to be off by 200 ppm or more.

If fmak has a DAC with a VCXO-based PLL, and his CD player clock frequency is outside the pullability of the VCXO, then maybe he's putting a 50ppm crystal in the CDP to get around this.
