About 100 Vintage wire-would resistors (1/2 watt), IC's, caps

I think these are wire wound
What are they?
How much are they worth if anything?
I have boxes and boxes of resistors and transistors and other vintage parts.
Mostly Texas Instruments and parts from Zurich from the 70's I think
Allen Bradley resistors.
A bunch of silly stuff.

What are the bright red things?

Also I have tons of Texas instrument IC's from the same time period I think

In the spirit of "swap meet" section, I could swap some stuff for some amp PCB's or an amp kit.
