Just finished a small project with an ECC83 used in a pre amp for a disco and an electric guitar.
There are two input stereo channels mixed into one channel.
There is another line level input which I use with an MP3 player.
There is mic input which uses half of the ECC83 for extra gain before going into the other half of the ECC83.
The mic input works well with an electric guitar, I get that nice raw valve sound when its driven hard.
It was a design I did myself.
Had a few problems with hum which was partly due to lack of power supply decoupling and also bad routing of wires near mains wires.

Looks good!
BTW, what's a disco? Of all the meanings for disco used on this side of the big pond, none involve pluggability into a preamp 🙂

A disco in the Uk is a place where they play music CD's and people dance and drink. I run a mobile set up.

lol !
I usually work in jeans and a T shirt as the gear is a but grubby.
I just have to be a bit careful with the mixer in the back of the car with the valve sticking out of the top. If something moves and hits it there could be a problem and I dont want to have to keep unplugging the valve every time I move it.
