hi i'm searchging info for a total ( no adjustment- direct soubstitution) replacement, modern of the obsolete little mosfet BF247A.

BTW, it's a JFET not a MOSFET.

Hi,

the Philips/NXP BF247 and 246 differ just in pin layout. so You may choose any BF246 from other sources like Fairchild.
