A question about PMBFJ310

I wonder if PMBFJ310 https://www.mouser.se/datasheet/2/302/PMBFJ308_309_310-1316760.pdf has the same footprint as BF862?

It seems as it is but what does Drain and source are interchangeable mean?
I am going to use it as the second device in a CCS.

It means exactly that, the device is symmetrical about the gate from source to drain.
I have used 2sk3557 as a sub for bf862
