Why 13mA ?
135V on 1450Ω at the cathode means 93mA and a Pa = ~90W.

If you search around the ‘net you’ll find examples where this tube has been used at ‘lower voltages’ and with good results.

It’s a lot of heater power to be running it ‘cool’ of course.

I think TS wants to know if 13 mA for the 6P9P is enough to drive a 845.

IMHO in this regard the driver tube's current is almost indifferent.
