7" Projector Troubles

I have just started to put together my 7 inch projector.

I have a 7 inch 4:3 ratio Unipac LCD.
Betta 2 lens
150w CDMT
Plastic frensnel

I also have a 100mm +meniscus lens. that i didn't use.

I can only focus the image at about 1 metre. and the screen size is 51cm at that distance. Can anyone help me with the focusing?

I have taken a sample shot, i'm happy with the colours they look great, the pic looks good but i need it to be three times the size of what it is.
