6DJ8 - What do you suggest I do with pin 9 (shield between sections)?

Used in a differential, cascode (Hedge) configuration. Been leaving it open "floating" so far. But it is there!

I grounded it with a 100 ohm resistor

If you’re not having any hum or crosstalk issues don’t mess with it. If you are then ground it directly to signal ground.

Connect to a low impedance DC . Normally ground.

If you leave it floating you can get weird distortion effects. Just ground it.

It's not a screen unless it is connected to an AC ground. Don't float it, and don't use 100R.
