6CJ3 rectifier or 6D22S rectifier

I,m building a push/pull 300B amp with seperate power supply for input/driver stage 6sn7 and 300B output stage .
I was going to use 866 or 83 M/V cons out weight the pros.
Next the 5AS4 better than most 5U4,s .

Reading about the T.V. damper diodes eg.Lynn Olson and a few others .
So what are your thoughts
6CJ3 or
6D22S Svetlana

looked at the 3B28 xenon gas more RF than the M/V.

NOS 6CJ3s are bullet proof. I used them in my bread board amps for a few years without a single issue.

I,ve tried 8 different tube suppliers around the world none have 10 of the same 6CJ3,s.
different brands have different voltage drops 25v@700ma
50v@680ma
25v@350ma
Ih value 1.8

So I might go with the Svetlana 6D22S a hard valve to get pinout and ratings on.

Go with 6CJ3. They do not require anode cap.

Neither do 6D22DS - it's a cathode cap (same difference, though!)

I've been using 6D22S for a couple of years. Nice long (30sec) soft start, up to 600v h-k, ~350mA current and at least 1000v PIV. Forward voltage drop is only 10-15v.
Evatco sells them in Australia.

I,ve ordered 10 of the 6D22S,s Sevtlana,s easier to get an just as good .Their stacked pretty well at suppliers .Got mine through evatco. Parts connexion has them as well.
