Hai,

Here is schematic and PCB Layout for 6 Channel Pre-amp with adjustable input, and gain.

Sometimes, input from a DVD Player or some other instrument it too high, or low. this pre-amp as an input (RCA Input) will enable users to adjust as per requirement.
