So in new to this site and I have searched but I have no idea how to navigate this site.
If anyone can point me to some decent plans for a good car audio enclosure for sound quality I was thinking about making a bose cinemate type box.
Is this a good idea? Any other ideas?

Mod: please add to post:
The dimensions are for 15" but I can calculate to 6.5"
You can, but without the Thiele-Small parameters of the drivers in question, the dimensions are very unlikely to be optimum.
There's better than Bose out there, so don't set your heart on it.
Which woofers are you thinking of using?
You can use this in a 38 L br enclosure to 17Hz f-3dB or make a bose type bandpass like here and here.
GR Research M-165X or Peerless 830946 6-1/2"
Peerless 830946 6-1/2" Paper Cone Woofer Speaker 4 Ohm 264-1148
To use the same exact model type of speaker and driver would require a lot of reverse engineering as shown.
