I'm new in this site and a novice in car audio set-up. Actually I already bought my car amp kenwood KAC 6403 500watts and kenwood subwoofer speaker KFC 3010, without consulting the audio expert for proper selection. I can not return all this stuff anymore coz it was quite a long time already since I bought it. Still well pack. My question is this: " my amp is rated 500watts, 4/3/2 channel can this drive my 1000 watts sub. and how my stock speaker can i connect (2 front door + 2 rear door speakers ) to the amp?".

That amp of yours is not as near as powerful as it should be.if you bridge 2 chanels and drive sub with them, other 2 for fronts you will get sound, but under powered sub.I would use this amp for all door speakers, any buy one 2channel or mono for the sub...

Yeah Cobra is right. You really need a dedicated sub amp anyways. I would use the amp you have now to power the fronts and rears and get either a 2 channel that you can bridge or a mono amp.
The amp will work perfectly fine! You can run all four door speakers on the front two channels, high passed. You can then bridge the rear channels and low pass to give the sub 130watts rms. I don't know where everyone gets the idea its not enough. Its MORE than enough actually. The sub is only rated to handle 50 to 200 watts rms. The amp can give it 130 watts rms. It will sound great if you set the crossovers correctly and build the sub's box to the correct volume. Keep the equipment dude! You don't need 6000 watts to have an excellent system, people did great with less power for years.
By the way, what type of vehicle do you have? You said you have stock speakers, the amp surely has more than enough for them at 30watts rms to each running them off the front two channels.

Damn, you know what, he is right, sub is only 200w, not 1kw...I hate those max values, people shouldn't use them when not speaking about maxing out sub and everything...

You should find out what impedance the stock speakers are. Stock speakers are usually either 4 ohm or 2 ohm (seen a lot of these). If you have 2 ohm, wire them in series for 4 ohm. If you have 4 ohm, wire in parallel for 2 ohm.
You know, after looking up the specs....ppia600 is right. You want some thing that matches the RMS wattage. Forgive me in not looking up specs first.
Thanks to all folks, my car is mitsubishi outlander 2007, roof rail is round. When I removed my stock head unit, found no RCA output, instead a 13 pin din connected to the CD charger and CD chander has one extra 13 pin din ( don't know if that is an output or input) can I use that 13 pin din from CD charger to connect on my amp? My head unit and CD changer is an OEM stock. I designed my sub enclosure box with Volume + 1.5+ cu.ft

Thanks a lot for giving me some ideas and knowledge about all this stuff. I have learned something. To the experts wish you can help some more people like me, who knows little/nothing in car audio. Now I have a confidence in setting up my stuff.
