50 years diy, must reduce suite opera

In this opera suite ,will offer only quality sound projects; here first one !

Super tube preamp with phono stage inspired by CAT SL1, with external power supply and Preamp internal Shunt regulator.
My own version can be built with detachable supply cable because I used a shunt HV regulator PCB inside the preamp.
I think the shunt regulator is much better than the original Maida style HV regulator split in two parts between the external supply and the preamp.

The kit includes the Main preamp pcb, the external psu pcb, the HV shunt regulator PCB and the custom made power transformer (and no cost SE/BAL pcb)
At no cost I'll include also small SE/BAL input and output pcb so you can add Balanced input and outputs to the normally SE only preamp. The external power supply includes the provision for the +/-24Vsc uses by these small conversion SE/BAL pcb...

Just add the chassis with input selection toggle switches and RCA connectors, and the volume pot or step attenuator and you'll have a world class tube preamp.
Replica chassis as the original are still available from the usual supplier, details includes in the kit.

At this price the kit comes with detailled BOM, schematics, assembly and startup procedures, and support by email.
This is NOT a beginner project AND being a tube circuit has dangerous High Voltages. Don't try to build this kit if you never worked with Tube circuit...

Price is 400U$ for the pcb kit and 100U$ for the custom power transformer.

Please take note that this project is done with a partner (also a diyaudio member) so all technical questions will be sent to him for answers; also note there is only one avalaible
R core transformer 100va , perfect for a neat job (as per pic) can help for few quality parts for this project .

PM for more informations .
